employing staff

has any one had experiance of employing staff through the job center if so what was the outcome, did you get what you asked for, were thay reliable ect or did the job center just send you anyone ?

    Yes I have, 3 times. One OK. One lasted a week and didnt know what work was and one who lasted an hour, left his mower, collected his bag and off he went without a word to anyone. I think with the situation as it is now, things may be different tho - at least I hope so!
