Employers look for?

Question for employers in the arb sector. When looking for a new employee, what courses /tickets would you want to see? Also if an potential employee doesn't want the climbing ticket, what else would be most useful to the employer?

Would chipper and stump grinder be worth paying for.? Cs30, 31 already gained

Consider recruiting an apprentice by working with with local college and getting a well rounded interested and qualified employee.  Agree with RK that chipper and stump grinder quals are a great choice, also this equipment is dangerous and expensive, so professional certified training helps in many ways.

  • Thanks for the assistance. I will contact local employers and ask them if they have views or opinions on potential new starters.
