In my experience, camon scarifiers have fixed or swinging blades, or spring rake swappable cartridges. I don't think Eliet have this. You can dethatch perfectly well with blades though. (Hollow tines and solid tines are on aerators).
The springs on the 'rake' attachment are called spring tines, so he's right about that!

No there's no spring tines for the eliet
best thing to do is order a set of double cut blades for a eliet 450
and take the 3mm fixed blades of your reel and put the 1.5mm
blades on to your reel it will do a cracking job....
p.s you'll have around 4 blades spare as the 450 reel is a bit longer...
