I have posted a discussion on "the best way to prepare the ground for laying turf" but the next milestone is the 3 large elderflower (i think) bushes, hedge, tree? covering a length of 15ft and at a height of 8ft i have growing in my back garden. they are not the most eye catching plant but they are good cover from the houses behind. So do i keep them and drastically cut them back to thicken them out and hopefully cut them like a hedge or just remove them and put some panel fences up with terelis on top and plant some fast growing evergreen climbers which would give the same cover, give xome folwers and look better? So if i cut these off at the base are they rejuvinating? WILL THEY KEEP GROWING? or am i going to have too dig the roots out?Would would you do?
