Have you contacted them through their website Lou?
I have to say that this doesn't reflect well on the Edinburgh Garden School.
I'v just checked their website and nothing's changed. No new messages.
I've just tweeted the RHS and asked if they know what's happening.
I'm in a similar position with the Edinburgh Garden School: I paid £195 in full for the 'Introduction to Horticulture' in September (I do not work in the trade; gardening is just a hobby). I have received four out of six modules though only two assignments were marked by the tutor (which I had to chase up). I sent the third assignment off in November but heard nothing back from the tutor. I have emailed several times and left a phone message. They seem to have disappeared off the face of the planet. I also didn't receive an email explaining the restructuring of the company, as they promised on their website. I'd also like to add that the course materials were full of typos, as other people have remarked in other website reviews. Yesterday I started the process of getting a refund through PayPal: the first thing I had to do was email the company, but I'm not expecting a reply! The next step will be to complain through PayPal. Has anyone else received a refund?
