Your best asking a local dealer to do a "deal" on that many purchases at one time
Making such abig job lot purchase should attract most dealers to give a fair to good discount!
Online is a no-no in my opinion as if you have a problem, you cant simply drive down to your dealer (As I have done several times now) and drop it off to be fixed - and most good dealers go out of their way to look after local contractors - online dealers are unlikely to be so rushed or fussed - and may take their time with problems.
Further more, have you thought about keeping onto your tools - If youve had them several years they will be worth £0 as you will have depreciated them against your tax bill - selling them means you have to pay 20% of whatever you get for them - and over time you may end up building up a new maintenance round - obviously depends on where you want to take your business.
thought about it but decided to sell we have just moved to spain and the work im getting in totally different to that in the uk everyone of my clients so far with the exception 2 have hard landscaped gardens planters and stoned borders no lawns soft borders or hedges
i use my hand tools for most jobs im also getting inquiries for hard landscaping coming in so my power tools are more or less redundant
also i have gone down to a small van so storage space would be a issue the multi tool is ideal
ive been trawling tho dealers online and prices do vary i need to get everything delivered to my parents and collect in a few weeks when back in the uk
being in spain I suppose the local dealer suggestion is abt redundant - Sorry cant be more help but I dont know anything about the industry over there!
Theres a few members on here who are spain based I belive and may be able to point you in the right direction? Good luck with everything eitherway!
thanks i still buy from dealers in the uk seems prices are better im back in a few weeks so looking at getting next week and collecting from my mothers when over
also the maintenance of a head unit and a few attachments is better than the upkeep of 6 seperate units
