Durable litter pickers

My B&Q pickers have just died, plus they have been needing more and more pressure from the finger to actually grab anything. Can anyone recommend comfy and long-lasting pickers that I can buy online somewhere?(Boring thread I know, sorry!)

  • Hi Dan

    We use these http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d.html/ref=redir_mdp_mobile/279-27512...

Like you we used to use the b&q ones which we found were ok but they had none in stock.

It's not a boring thread ( wish more were like this :)
  • Cheers - that's the crap B&Q ones though! The cord seems to be made of a high friction material that doesn't run smoothly at all.

Will get the card out and bust the bank on one of the others ;)

    • The ones we got from b&q were crappy plastic things like big tweezers.

      Do like pro guards.

May try to break mine :)

The product we have was made by Gardena, don't know if they still make it. 2 Tools in one a grabber and a spike for paper.
    Very robust construction.
