Downloadable Health and Safety at Work template

If you are planning to move into commercial landscaping or maintenance your company will be required to provide a health and safety document for the contracts officer to view (he might also request a copy for file).

Download this template document to modify for your business use. It may not be exhaustive so be advised that you may need to add sections to reflect any special needs of a contract.

      All these documents were moved over to the Document Bank in the Business Objectives Group (the BOG) during the Ning Platform V2 to V3 migration.

      Access the BOG section and look for the Tabs on the r/h side Document Bank > Index
