Although it does seem to be very usefu. All the chainsaw bars I have have the sizes printed on the bar.
Agree, would have thought anyone using a chainsaw would have been on the Maint & Crosscut course, and will know where to find the numbers on the bar, or the chain and work it out, or just know what chains they use.
Well, aren't we all clever bunnies then....:) unfortunately not all people that have to order spares are those that use the machines or are 'experts'....
why not get one if you buy chains from them its free in the long run a useful bit of kit to put in the tool role as the bars get used the printing on them becomes illegible
