I wouldn't have thought so. I don't know about at the engine end, but certainly at the attachment end the drive shaft has a different spline pattern.
I can't help you with the attachment crossover, although I'd be very surprised if they fit. I'm intending to replace my Stihl Kombi with the newer cordless version. I'll keep the petrol as a back up. I know a few complain that Stihl tools are not what they used to be but I've simply got too many of them (attachments, parts, spares etc.), to consider changing!
Tony, I had wondered if this would be the prompt to move to the Stihl cordless world, maybe start off with the new elec motor and basic batteries then gradually increase battery stock if all goes well.
Echo have the wrong diameter shaft. I've tried.
Titan multitool / Stihl are compatible (I use cheap titan polesaw accessory £20 ebay on my stihl 94 works perfectly well)
