Discussion on what makes a good business management software for you?

Hi All,

Having spoken with a few of you on the forum already & added some new features we are always looking for new ways to help. We know people are using a lot of different software's and want to understand, what do they not do that you need & what would make it really ideal for you?

It would be great to hear your suggestions & feedback and really start a discussion on what would be the most valuable software that really works for the community.
