Dying plants

Has anybody on there rounds come across shrubs and small trees starting to die off  or partly die, I have come across quite a lot of things in different gardens recently any ideas as to what is happening

    griselinia seems to be suffering the worst here. Not exactly counted but maybe 1/3 have some dieback on them.
