Since we've had the Landscape Engine running, I have consistently heard two stories.

The first is from employers who're having trouble finding skilled/experienced staff and from job seekers who're finding it hard to find good firms to work for in their area.

Unemployment in the UK is statistically very low so this may explain why there's a dearth of suitable landscapers and/or gardeners looking for work.

Also, traditionally, when unemployment falls the numbers of people becoming self-employed rises.
