    Yes we have had these machines, build quality poor. I'd go for either the new Hayter or Honda equivalent. Hope that helps. Peter

      Neither Honda or Hayter collect well in the wet. Dodgy gearboxes on Hondas too.

      I will either go for an Etesia pro 46 or a Stihl 650. Think i prefer thw plastic box rather than bag

  • Fwiw i was garden machinery workshop a couple of days ago.  There was a cub cadet mower sat there. I mentioned this post. The reply was don't ever buy anything made by cub cadet. It's al cr*p!.

    I reckon that if you ask the mechanics of any equipment they know what breaks most,  which manufactures are good for parts etc. Always a good place to start your purchasing choices🤔
