Hi there,

I have just been offered crushed limestone instead of MOT type one granite. Is this OK to use on a blockpaving driveway as the subbase? Itll be very grumbly I guess, but was told that our county council use it.

    Type 1 round us is always limestone, I haven't come across type 1 granite.  Yes  it should be fine, as long as it's properly graded, which it should be from any proper supplier.
