Countax / Westwood End production

For those members who haven't heard Ariensco, the parent company of Countax ,Westwood and Ariens are ceasing production permanently of the Countax and Westwood brands and closing their production facility in the UK for the Ariens brand which will be imported from the USA.

Their Oxfordshire site becoming a sales and service centre only.

    We were lucky enough to have a day at the site a few years ago to test the Ariens equipment and see the Countax / Westwood production and assembly process, which was impressive.  But having seen how many they produce each day, I do remember thinking at the time, there is a limit to how may Westwoods we need in the world.
