Mine is quite an old one and it doesn't go vertical which is a small pain but to be honest I usually chuck it in the passenger footwell instead (transit) fits quite neatly around the seats
I bought a used one, exact model you are asking about, handle does not go vertical and I store it in the van cab with the handle under the seat.
I have a CP for Roundup etc and a Bertoud for lawn treatment. The CP can be a pain because of the handle and it refuses to stand up! The Bertoud's handle can be moved upright, sits firmly on a base and has much better balance when on your back.
I never use my CP for that reason, I think it's such a design flaw. Much prefer my Matabi sprayer!
