Good afternoon,

I am looking to enclose an approximately 0.25 acre clearing within scrub/woodland with around 150 metres of fencing. The site is near Banstead in Surrey and has good access off a bridleway. Although planning permission has been granted, owing to the perceived ecological value of the site, the council have imposed certain conditions stating that work must not be performed during bird-nesting season and an ecologist must be on site to monitor any clearance work to be performed before the fence can be erected. Currently, permission has been granted for a two metre deer fence to be installed although I am enquiring with the council whether permission can be extended for the option of a Protek 1000 security fence. Although the ongoing pandemic is causing understandable disruption, I am keen for clearance work to be performed and the fence installed before March so that the site is ready to be used over Spring and Summer.

If this is a project that your company could complete, ideally within the next couple of months, I would be grateful if you could indicate your availability to inspect the site, subject to Covid-19 restrictions, and provide quotes for the clearance of scrub around the perimeter the area to be fenced along with the supply and installation of a range of different fencing options. The specific fencing options I wish to have quotes on are 150 metres of 1.8 metre stock fence or 2 metre deer fence or Protek 1000 security fence.

I have included links to photographs of the access bridleway and part of the area to be enclosed along with a site map to help visualise the intended project. However, please let me know if you require any additional information.
