I'm a bit confused by this.
Doesn't this dilute the status of the vetted Which? Trusted Traders member?
Hi Gary - it's a good question you ask about what the public think about lead generation sites.
I myself run something similar but without all the fees for members so have a little insight to this.
From what I have seen over the last two and half years is even though more of the 'trade directory' sites have popped up it hasnt had a big impact on how people hire trades. They still go down the same route:
- Personal network first
- Google second
The market is very segmented at the moment and I feel a lot of learning left still to do to make it work for the members and the public.
