Contractor needed to fix estate paving stones

After our success with using this site for trees the estate manager has asked me to advertise our latest opportunity here.

The manager is looking for someone to do a joint inspection on site and cost up repairing the paving stones on the estate.

Depending on the cost there is a possibility that we will agree to have the urgent ones done first with the others put on a rolling program. Once the work has been done there is scope for an annual inspection and arrange ad hoc repairs annually.

If we do proceed in this way the urgent work would need to be done asap, however any rolling program could be arranged to be done during a quiet period when the contracor may not have much work coming in.

All this can be discussed with the Estate Manager.

The Estate is in Southwark, next to Tower Bridge Road (Opposite end from Tower Bridge). We are inside the congestion zone, but parking on the estate will not be a problem.
