contract spraying with knapsack using roundup 450

I have asked to price up spraying contract area of 10,000 m2 , taking into account areas are spilt up and are with in 3 mile travel from home, understanding the bussiness overheads , do people charge per hour or per metre for job like this

    Per job, per section but with internal costs worked out per metre with an suitable profit % uplift.

    Per section because if conditions prohibit completion of all areas, you can still invoice fully work done to date.

    Also price in : access issues, type of terrain, return time to vehicle to refill etc

    Would also consider spraying by ATV if an option ( ie open land etc )
