I had some Millboard decking installed in my garden last year..... I was lazy and paid for it to be done! Brilliant stuff......... easy to cut. The screws disappear below the surface which closes up behind it so there are no screw heads to see. Just had the first frosts on it and its not slippery at all. Easy to wash down with a hose and no moss/algae forms on it. Hopefully, won't ever need any maintenance unlike wooden decking.
We have installed Saige Decking. We loved the fact that it has hidden fixings. So no screws at all on the top. There are galvanised brackets that it attaches to. Harriet from Saige Decking is really helpful and I am sure you could call her and discuss the project. They have some advantages of it on their website: Composite decking
When we talk to customers they like it due to the durability, no painting or sanding or sealing and the sophisticated feel to it.
