Clothing

I am sure this has most likely been covered before so apologies if it has. I'd like to know what you guys wear with regards to work trousers and chain saw trousers and where're is the best place to purchase from in based in Hampshire. Over the years I've found it difficult to get hold of decent everyday work wear that can take the punishment. Any thoughts ?

I wear scruffs trousers, then branded stuff from workwear express. Takes a beating
    • I will have to look at this site guys
  • I always wear these M65 ripstop combats. They are light but tough, with plenty of pockets, and the ripstop works well.

I advise getting at least one waist size bigger than you need though. I get 2 sizes bigger.

  • Stanley do some great trousers... Ripstop fabric, loads ov pockets, Cordura fabric and all for £30.<br />
Great for gardening or landscaping, NOT chain sawing though!

Engelbert Strauss - online. Tough clothes, plus good range of coordinated colours so easy to create a professional look with logos etc.

    • Id second Engelbert Strauss..great clothing, some of it has zipped openings for when things get hot. Its tough and seems to last a while.
  • Shorts at the mo...and t shirts from Screwfix :)
Winter a pair of Hayter trousers free with my 48pro I bought last year and some other pair I bought from the above.
  • Agree with previous post, Englebert Strauss. Keep you warm, keep you cool, really hard wearing, especially in the knee. Good shorts too.
Great pockets for secateurs, mobile etc etc too
