Climber that will have foliage all year round

I've been asked to supply a climbing plant that will be planted growing up a trellis to hide an area that is behind the trellis.

 

The plant needs to ideally have foliage on it all year round and also would be nice if it flowers too.

 

It would also be good if the foliage was quite thick so that not a lot can be seen.

Any ideas?

    Also some of the Clems are evergreen as well

    It's all about Trachelospermum jasminoides

    How about akebia quinata, - evergreen, with flowers, and quite fast growing

    Mrs B likes the trachelospurmum but if it's excellent reliable camoflauge then I've found the evergreen honeysuckle does the job exceptionally well....so well that I 'fight' with ours regularly - the more I cut it the more it seems to grow - affectionately known as 'the triffid' by Mrs B - won't tell you what I call it!!!
