Utlimately this was be changed into 20m2 of planted borders, predomiantly evergreen shrubs. Remainder will be laid to turf.
Client is specifically asking for removal as they will likely be maintaining area once overal project has been completed. Therefore to leave and chop may not be an option.
Seeing as it is not a huge area, i would dig up the bulbs. Its really the only way. You can either dig the area out and replace it with new top soil or seive the area. Either way is going to take man power so make sure you allow for it in the quote.
