Try fillingham Christmas trees near Lincoln or we have used the real Christmas tree company in Solihull (not exactly next door I know)
  • contact Boningale Nurserys, they will point you in the right direction.

  • Richard i don't think Fillingham do rooted ones. Try either Roodys Roots at Nettleham or Mr Cox's Trees at East Firsby (just down the road from us). You can choose your own and he digs it up.

Hi thanks for that went to Roodies this morning. Will look at the other place you mentioned thanks
  • Try your local Forestry Commission Area Office.
  • I hope its not a big one you want as they take some digging out

I want a reasonable size so I'm looking at a pot grown one I think. I think it might be a better way to plant it and save on the digging up !!!

I had nothing but hassle & trouble transplanting a field grown christmas tree for a village after the old one was dug up by a cable company - rootball or pot grown all the way...
