Hi everyone,

I am grateful for any tips and advice before I get stuck in. Is there an alternative to Oak? Client's garden is too small for such a large tree. Client's child is currently 3 but will grow! I would like to plant a tree and when ready hang a rope swing.. but not sure it's doable in a small garden of which, I only have a corner to play with..

If creating this with a live framework isn't possible, will consider a wooden framework instead with planting scheme around it.

I'd be grateful for any thoughts you might have.

Many thanks

Judi.. :-)

    Hi Judi

I think a child will grow much faster than the tree. I don't see any kind of imported tree being able to support a child's weight in the short term.

I think an artificial structure is the only option.
