Changing a Vehicle to Business Owned

Hi All, 

Thought i would come here first before waiting on Hold for hours! 

I need to change my vehicle over to the business as i went Ltd. Vehicle is currently in my name. 

Logbook - Im assuming no charge to change as with any other vehicle?

Insurance - Obviously business insurance in my van, will the policy just transfer to the business? or will it have to be a different new policy? 

Finance - I have 12 Months left on the finance, does that just stay in my name? or does it need transferring to the business? if so, £££?
