The approvals for pesticide products that treat the larvae have been withdrawn. Nematodes offer the only legal option for tretament - they come in packs and commercially they treat 500m2 but its important to identify exactly which grub as the nematodes are specific to the pest - hence Nemasys G or Nemasys J. Soil needs to be moist and kept damp and the nematodes can be kept in the fridge (storage) for upto 3 weeks....
There are trials going on for Rigel (garlic spray) on leatherjackets but nothing officially approved yet - give us a bell to discuss options..?

i have used the nematodes for chafer grubs i think its a 2 year cycle that you have to treat them for but its not 100% but it will help
