CC Trollies

Any one else caught up in the chaos of the proposed switch over?

We discussed this a length at our Growers meeting last night, and still cannot decide on a policy to adopt.

Do we switch our 200 trollies to new system, or run a two-tier system?

With potentially running 5 lorries through the Spring if we switched completely that would mean 5 new scanners at £400 each.  Providing of course our customers have also switched.

Puzzled of Piddletrenthide!

  • Well John, the new system being introduced from January makes it more interesting!!!

We will now have to scan in and out all trollies, as CC want to exclude the rogue ones in the system.

It has caused an uproar within the Trade, and time will tell how many Growers/Retailers will comply.

Each and every company that uses trolleys will need to buy a scanner at £400 for starters.
