    Fortnightly
    Mowing and edging of lawns, weeding of planted areas and beds and pruning of shrubs from March to October inclusive. Use of weed-killers where appropriate and in compliance with COSHH.

    Generally
    Keeping all planted areas and beds tidy throughout the year, pruning and weeding where necessary. Removing rubbish and fallen leaves from the development.

    Generally
    Sweeping of all hard landscaped areas including paths, access ways and parking courts. Removal of moss, weeds etc.

    They are normally talking about underground services, chambers, inspection hatches, wiring, conduit, pipes etc that may be compromise by your works (ie digging, excavating, planting etc).

    There maybe none, but you need to show due diligence (ie you have checked - how, where and document it).

    Consider "Dial before you Dig" checking services, if needed and/or learn to use a CAT device.

    If commercial works, you can normally tap the Surveyor or Architect for the relevant CAD layer plan to start you off.

    If Residential, have client look at Conveyance plans and/or Deeds to see where services enter/exit demised land.

    Ok, would say the only two tasks that could be relevant are the Pesticide application (water courses, storm drains etc) and clearing / scraping moss (damaging cables, surfaces etc)

    Probably a generic request form being used and covers a multitude of trades

  • so the Foreseeable adverse effects and their control = that weed killer application rate to be followed ? that sort of thing ?
