I changed one a few months ago. It did take a while, and I was heading towards a sense of humour failure. My difficulty was putting it back together.......
I eventually phoned them and a nice chap at Camon sent me a document with helpful pics and instructions. Bizarly I couldn't find it on their website.....

When putting in new one, remember the TWO round metal "mounts" at each end BOTH go on the outside.
