Cable avoidance tool

Following a incident involving a stump grinder and an armoured cable it seems a good time to invest in a CAT of my own.

Can anyone offer me any advice re which make/model and any problems.

Some years ago I did a course in the use of one after spending 20 mins chasing my steel toecaps!!!
