An accountant friend has recently put me on to one called www.freeagent.com. I am currently doing the free 30 day trial to see how it goes, and so far it has been very comprehensive.
It does come with a monthly charge of somewhere around the £15 - £17 mark which I need to think about, but first impressions are that it will save me an enormous amount of time so would balance itself out.
Free to use
i personally use Quickbooks for everything and can use it on my mobile too but also heard that Express accounts which is good and it free also
Hello The Robinsons, have a look at DMC http://www.dmcsoftware.co.uk/. They have good options for small and mid business and also offer free trials. In general their feedback are positive. If you need more information please let me know.
Thanks Wilson
Most of the best accounting software is now pay per month because it means you don't have to keep updating it for the new features which are constantly developed. Xero is the the new one that small businesses are talking about and we use it ourselves for our landscaping business - it's very good and it works with most landscaping and scheduling software too.
