Bodge The Builder (Can he fix it?)

This tank 'had' to be installed in a small shed. A surveyor, a qualified assistant surveyor and three builders were involved in choosing where and how to build a concrete base for this water tank. None of them could see this slight problem...

Although I've put this into 'Funny Stories and Jokes' it could easily sneak into 'Rogue Traders'!

    This is a job done for someone I know- I just couldn't believe it! Pump installers have [rightly] refused to work on it!
