The reason a solicitor charges the amount s/he does for sending an email is because of his/her knowledge, experience, qualifications and training.
If you're qualified etc, I see no reason why you shouldn't charge a reasonable margin in addition to your normal rate.
In this case a blanket spray could be percieved as spot spraying. It all requires a bit of common sense.

depends how bad / tall the weeds are , u will need other than glyphos / grazon? i use glyphos 490 now.. hi-Aktiv.
do you use a wetner?
whats job worth to client ? how soon , will they let u fit it in as and when?
any obstacles ? animals , water nearby ie pond?
is it regular / u said uve been once - will u go next year if they are happy...
i charge more for spraying than most jobs as chemical/ training/ intensive job , not just anyone is experience & reliable doing coshh work.
