    I saw this happen to a car driving out of one of the estates in Warfield, the driver had no idea he was towing it, he had reversed backwards and just clipped his bin, it rocked then the handle of the bin caught on his tow bar, we were waving frantically and he just drove off, as he drove out of the gates and did a sharp right turn the bin flipped over and rolled across the road, the idiot driving the car still had no idea and drove on, we picked up the bin and left a note, explaining why his bin was now broken, idiot....!!!!
