Best industry T / Polo shirt

Everyone must be in summer work clothes mode by now,  and saw this t-shirt ( I think from Allen Mowers? ) - love it !

Anyone got or seen other great examples ?

Lastly, what are people wearing during the hot weather - t shirts, polo shirts, shorts, lightweight long trousers, work boots ?

    I just bought a massive straw hat which keeps me cool but all my work gear feels too uncomfortable in this heat . 

    On Wednesday the temp is supposed to drop by 10 degrees will need to get the thermal vest on .

    T Shirt, shorts, safety boots. I did used to get gear from Englebert,.... now Workwear Giant is ,my go to supplier, a fraction of the cost and just as good.

    i find t shirts too warm thin cotton shirts for me long lightweight trousers and boots
