Best field app

Hi do any of you use any field apps to help you run your business?

We are looking to simplify our systems so that all client notes, job sheets, and photos are in one place and easily shared between  team members when needed.

We are also looking to move away from WhatsApp  for our team communication between  different  sites and the office.

There seems to be a few apps  out there but I'm  not sure how much each one would help.

What do you use and what are your recommendations?

Thanks so much in advance!

Evernote looks like a useful application ,Never used it personally Only used the whats app group link .

Started in 1992 with a hardback journal and pen before mobile technology and continued in this way still to this day finding it a more organic tangible approach and weather stained pages nice to look back on .

Now you can buy site management books with detailed agendas allowing you to record minute details of projects even down to the weather conditions if you like this kind of thing .

I find using both technology and paper works in a business which is creative ,practical and labour intensive , even got dried flowers and leaves pressed between pages from gardens going back years ,probably mad but just adds something in keeping with the nature of this business .

Totally useless information with regard to your question though .

  • Some members of the network use these apps:

    • Re-Flow :   Any business, where employees and operatives are carrying out jobs on location, is going to benefit from Re-flow.

    • Jobber: Service management software to organise your field service business.

    • Lawn Pro : US product. If you have less than 50 customer's it is possibly free.

    • Groundleader : UK software for grounds-maintenance contractors. Support is by long-established UK contractors who work in and understand the industry. Free for up to 30 recurring tasks.
