Are the pets dogs & cats or 'nibblers' like rabbits and tortoises ? It makes a difference as pesticides are safe for pets once they are dry and absorbed into the target plant. Granular products like fertilisers can present a bigger problem unless they are washed in straight away so a liquid fertiliser could be a better option here. Liquid iron or sul-fe for a moss treatment is naturally occurring iron in a sulphate form and there are several liquid fertilisers - slow release or otherwise for getting some green and energy back into a tired patch of grass. Lastly you could just opt for a certyifed 'organic' product - Liquid seaweed or Maxicrop Concentrate if the client is anti processed products... lots to talk about if you want to give us a phone?
