Anyone used a lawn dye, paint or stain?

Bascally, I'm picking up more estate agent jobs and typically the lawns have been neglected. There is usually a gap of 1 week between old tenant moving out and new moving in.If I cut or strim the overgrown lawn it obviously looks brown or at best patchy. Is there a product that will dye the lawn green so that when the new tenant moves in, it LOOKS green and not half dead?I know this isn't ideal lawn care, but it's what's been requested.Any suggestions welcome.
