Any suggestions of plant suppliers

I have a customer that needs a space filled with gorse (Ulex Europaeus) as when having building work done the original plants were removed. I have tried everywhere I can think of but the biggest plants I can find are 40-60 cm. The customer ideally wants plants at least 1m tall. I will need approx 100 plants but can't find any large enough.

Anyone have any ideas?. Thanks
