Any gritters out there can help me with a few questions please

Hi all I've recently started up my own small gritting company in the west midlands ready for the upcoming winter and am after a copy/picture of a contract that the customer is presented with when they sign up so I can see what kind of info I'm gonna need on the form if possible ? 

Also it would be nice to have a chat with you gritters out there to pick your brains on a few things if possible
