Aggregates

Hi, are there any reasonable suppliers of aggregates that someone can recommend please, a local supplier in Rayleigh, Essex seems quite expensive but I don't want to go to wickes etc either.

I need approx 1 ton of 20mm shingle, preferably in grey or white, that looks reasonably good. And 1 ton of type 1 too.

    Try Jim at the landscape centre ulting, maldon. Bit of a distance but has great contacts and might be able to sort you something out!

    Try CED. Their main depot is based in West Thurrock. They have a very big range of aggregates

    I take it you have tried Lower Barn Farm, London Road, Rayleigh? Otherwise Buildbase, Jewson or St. Annes, Southend.

    Steve - CED charge an extortionate amount for delivery though.
