Not that I'm aware of. There are some cheap domestic so called 2 in 1 machines that state both, but in reality all they are doing is a poor slit aeration and a poor scarify with spring hooks.
Aerators need a lot of weight, whereas scarifiers less so, but good blades. I would say the commercial entry level is used via ebay etc for around £500 per machine. Bannerman / Camon aerator and Camon/Eliet scarifier.
sign up some homeowners and then hire a decent hollow tine aerator for a week. You'll get a feel for whether its worth the investment or if you prefer renting.
A hollow tine Aerator rotates in a different direction to a scarier. The aerator rotates on a horizontal axle, and a scarifier rotates on a vertical axle. So they can't be on the same machine.
