whenever I've done them, its been a case of produce a quote for the client exactly the same as anyone else and let them pass it to the insurance company. I've sometimes got a phone call from the company asking a few questions as to what's this, or whys this cost this etc, but never any real extra effort. I always make it a stipulation that the client is paying me and my contract is with them, not the insurance company, to avoid the waiting for payment from the insurance company excuse.

Add a little extra on as landscaping works are seen as specialist works, ive seen my labour prices double on certain jobs.
