weedy lawn- best lawn weedkiller

Hi have fed a lawn, to be honest i think it was just feed down on it, its greened up nicely but weeds present,  its full of clover and selfheal and butterucps etc.  I have some depitox.  Now if i spray the lawn will the weeds dry up and leave holes?
