Man days and outputs for landscaping projects

Hi all

I was wondering if anyone can help with working out man days for certain tasks such as turfing, topsoiling, prepping etc. Any assistance would be gratefully recieved.

Do I need planning permission for garden landscape construction?

We are all aware (or at least should be) that when building works take place - either by building a new house, or garage, or adding to an existing dwelling, that the appropriate permissions should be sought from the local planning authority.
