"The other issue is, the Type 1 is not free draining, it packs down into a hard pan, unlike chippings and gravel.
Round river gravel rolls around when driven on, chippings, crushed rock has angular edges and doesn't roll around but are free draining."

"Grass cutting only jobs will massively increase your earnings provided you price them per job rather than for time. If you really want to focus on the more hands on gardening work than grass cutting, then at least fit a few grass cuts in in-between…"
