The best room in the house- a garden room

Garden roomsA garden room, can be as part of the house-usually extension (conservatory) or somewhere in the garden.Weather you have a garden room or you consider having one you can find in here lots of ideas about how to enjoy it and make the most of it.Garden rooms can improve the standard of living by giving us lots of benefits. It is not just another room-it can be the healthiest and most attractive room in the house.Thinking about garden rooms in a creative way can open lots of new options to much better life. When I think about a garden room –that I would design .I can see a great space to be in, it has a really different design from the house, different lighting for the night, some really nice plants that can’t grow outdoor but they are a real beauty all year round. The air is clear and nice and you can smell the flowers-all year around.I can see a garden room as a place for pleasure, eating, and even space with garden toys for children –if you like, one thing for sure It can be a special room. It can have out door sofa, wooden bench, hot-tub or Jacuzzi to relax in if you like. There is no reason that some of us can think about well design bar with long chairs inside.Of course, you might not like these options, but let’s just look at how many options of fun and health all year round it can give us.The garden room should ease everyday stress. Some healthy air and great effects on us:Plants got amazing effects on us, they can create wonderful atmosphere (dramatic, relaxing, green or colorful) that will make us feel good. There were lots of research showing how plants around us help to be more efficient at work, do better in schools and so on just by creating a relaxing atmosphere that helped to feel better and concentrate better.Plants are the best filters for indoor air, and its amazing how few plants can prevent terrible diseases, just by supplying clean air.Well, it is sad to say, but in today’s world we are usually not aware to the amount of indoor pollution we have in our houses.Studies by the EPA(environmental protection agency), indicate that indoor pollution is one of the fastest growing environmental problems. Printers, rug pads, insulation and any other synthetic materials, pressed wood or veneer furniture, smoke and cleaning chemicals all of them and more things give off pollutants such as benzene, formaldehyde, and more. These chemicals encourage lots of the modern diseases: head aches, migraines, different sorts of cancer and more.Plants absorb these pollutants through their lives and soil and micro organism break down the chemicals.Interesting to know, that the original research about plants filtering air, started with NASA, when they needed to find solution to indoor air pollution in closed space.A good friends of us using every day their garden room to have relaxing breakfast , they have few big nice plants in their and always some flowers, but the best part is their amazing garden and pond view.I did few indoor design for big high-tech firms, factories management and even stuff rooms )orders central) and management of the two biggest pizza firms.I really enjoyed that and got many positive comments saying how job satisfaction of the workers in these places was improved.

"Spot on! I had a heavy fall from a tripod ladder, and part of my safety check now is a taught chain and front leg vertical and midway between both back legs. Absolutely never lean, always cut immediately in front of you! "
